At Maison & Fitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Maison & Fitch packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
